She was born in Pafos, Cyprus in 1968. After excelling at the Athens Superior School of Fine Arts (ASFA) in 2000 she continued her education with post-graduate studies at the Metsovion National Technical University (NTU) in Athens.  She has exhibited widely in Greece, Cyprus and internationally. Among her many one – person and group shows are: In the Loop: contemporary EU video art (National Portrait Gallery, Washington), 2010, The little land fish, European Capital of Culture, Istanbul, 2010, 25th Alexandria Biennale, Egypt, 2009, Making words, Poets machine, 53rd Venice Biennale, 2009, Diatopos Centre Of Contemporary Art, 2009, The Roads that come after, European centre of Delphi, 2009, Centre for Contemporary Art, Rethymnon, 2007, Open 2003, 6th International Sculpture and Installation Exhibition, Venice,  25th Sao Paolo Biennale, 2002.
